Why Therapy

Have you ever been lost in a dark forest? You may have felt helpless, out of control, scared, or confused. Perhaps you suffer from anxiety, depression, and grief. If so you need someone to hold your hand and walk with you until you get home safely.

 

When you are suffering pain, your brokenness can lead you to discover how your childhood wound might affect your self- esteem and your relationships. 

It's a difficult journey to go through alone. It is hard to look from distance to what may have been there for so long.

Therapy is a journey to find a way together and at the same time offer a different view to bring healing.

I am here to help, and willing to work with adult women who have been abused as a child and/or suffer from guilt and shame issues in their significant relationships, as well as intimate spousal abuse.
